Finance for Leasehold Retail Business

Business People 2

A leasehold retail business is one that is operated by the leaseholder, who rents his premises from the landlord (freeholder). A newsagent, pub, fish and chip shop or other leasehold business can provide the purchaser with source of income and usually a family home.

We work with a number of specialist lenders on short leasehold retail businesses on behalf of our clients. We are able to arrange loans for the purchase or re-finance of most retail businesses including Restaurants, Newsagents, Pubs, Fish   Chip Shops, Dry Cleaners, Care Homes, Mini Markets etc etc...

We are able to structure unique facilities such as borrowers only paying half of each scheduled payment for the first 24 months of the loan rising to the normal scheduled instalments from month 25 until the end of the term.
