Proceed through the Wallasey Mersey Tunnel (having come off the M62 follow signs to City Centre but make sure you don't take Birkenhead Tunnel) and when you have passed through the Toll Booth , keep to the left, up the hill to the roundabout and take 2nd left (at about 5 past) towards Wallasey /New Brighton.
Proceed through 2 sets of traffic lights - keeping straight on at both - and at the 3rd set(main cross-road),t urn right here into Wallasey Road and almost immediately you will see in front of you (on left side of road) a detached white building with Business Assistance sign-86/88 Wallasey Road.
Turn left just before it into Coningsby Avenue, over the junction, and park on the RIGHT which is 90 mins parking. If full, go to junction ahead, turn left & left and park on the RIGHT - same 90 minutes.
