£1.8m funding for 10 apartment development in Manchester suburbs
An expanding development company identified a site with strong potential whilst they were currently underway with an existing development. They required 1.8m for a development of 10 apartments in a Manchester suburb.
The existing bank would not extend further funds for the new site.
