Structured £1.1m funding provided for Nursing Home flat Conversion in N. Wales

A developer was referred to Business Assistance by their architects after they had approached a high street bank with flat conversion scheme in North Wales requiring 1.1m, and had not been offered adequate funds to complete the scheme.

We structured a proposal for submission to a specialist property development merchant bank lender for consideration. We were able to negotiate a solution on behalf of the client that increased funding to a level which suited the clients capital input and provided an offer.

The scheme was completed on budget and we have since funded additional schemes with different lenders for the client.
