£300k facility arranged for refurbishment of 8 terraced houses in Liverpool
We were approached by a client who had been offered funding by a high street bank for the refurbishment of 8 terraced houses in Liverpool, but was uncomfortable with the rate and terms he had been offered. He had discussed the case with his IFA who referred the client to Business Assistance.
After meeting with the client we were able to structure a full proposal which we invited high street lenders to competitively bid for our clients’proposal.
Further to negotiation on the terms and rates received we were able to provide the client with a significantly improved offer which was both more flexible and reduced the interest costs.
The client accepted the offer and commenced works on a highly succesful project.
