Invoice Discounting Facility for Floor Tile Wholesaler - £100k
A Floor Tile wholesale business was introduced to Business Assistance by the companies accountant, as their existing bank would not extend their overdraft facilities. This had resulted in a cash flow issue for the business in funding new stock whilst they were waiting for payment on orders.
Further to receipt of the company accounts and debtor book, we were able to arrange an invoice discouting facility for 90% of invoices released by the company which has resulted in an improved cash flow position and an ability to hold additional stock
We also arranged a credit insurance facility for the client for new customers
The client has extended the product range and increased sales on the new facility and reduced overdraft costs in the process.
