Business Assistance arrange funding for a £5.5m leading edge Wirral development

Business Assistance have arranged funding for a leading edge development of 20 apartments in Claughton on the Wirral for rapidly growing North West Property Development Company, Mossland Homes.

Situated alongside Birkenhead Park on the Wirral with stunning views across the Mersey to the Liverpool skyline, the 20 apartment development includes 12 x 2 bed apartments (1200 sq. ft.) and 8 x 2 bed apartments with sauna and cinema rooms (1500 sq. ft.). All apartments are being built to a very high specification and include private secure parking facilities.
